Description: Sour Cherry
Concentrate is the syrupy liquid obtained from the vacuum concentrating of
pressed sour cherries. The product is prepared in accordance with good
manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The juice is filtered
clear prior to evaporation.

After reconstituting the Sour Cherry Concentrate to 14 Brix,
