Description: Pear Juice Concentrate is produced by
concentration of pear juice, obtained from the pressing of washed, fresh pears.

determined by refractometer at 20 Celsius

3. Acidity 1.3 - 2.8%
expressed as malic acid

After reconstituting the Pear Concentrate to 12 Brix, the
juice will meet the following criteria:

to Color Standards for Honey established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture,
color will be White to Extra White. In addition, the color will be clear with
no hazy or cloudy characteristics.
6. Organoleptic Typical pear flavor,
not burned, caramelized or fermented and free from any off odors
