DESCRIPTION:       Enocianina Powder 900 S is the spray-dried liquid extract from selected                                  grapes

                                  Vitis Vinifera 

 

APPEARANCE:       Red-purple free-flowing powder

 

SOLUBILITY:           Soluble in water with agitation

 

FLAVOUR:               A 1 % solution in water should have a bland acidic drying flavour

 

AROMA:                   Neutral dry, slightly acidulous, reminiscent grape concentrate

 

APPROVAL:           Grape skin extract Powder 900 is in full compliance with the directives of the

                                 EEC Additives No. E 163                                                                                                                 

 

APPLICATIONS:      Major applications include alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, confectionery

                                   items such as sweets and jellies, jams and syrups, dry blends, dairy

                                   products (added to fruits for use in yogurts)

                                   Dosage is quantum satis

 

SHELF-LIFE:           Twelve months (stored in tightly sealed container) at 12-30 degrees C.
