Product Description: Elderberry
Concentrate is the syrupy liquid obtained from
the
vacuum concentrating of pressed elderberry juice. The
product
is prepared in accordance with good manufacturing
practices
under strict sanitary conditions. The juice is
filtered
clear prior to evaporation.

After reconstituting the Elderberry Concentrate to 11 Brix,
