Description: Dark Sweet Cherry
Concentrate is the syrupy liquid obtained from the vacuum concentrating of
pressed sweet cherry juice. The product is prepared in accordance with good
manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The juice is filtered
clear prior to evaporation.

3. Acidity 2.3 - 3.5% expressed as citric acid

After reconstituting the Dark Sweet Cherry Concentrate to 20
Brix, the juice will meet the following criteria:
