Description: Cranberry
Concentrate (Vaccinium Oxycoccus) is the syrupy liquid obtained from the vacuum
concentrating of pressed cranberry juice. The product is prepared in accordance
with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The juice
is filtered clear prior to evaporation.

After reconstituting the Cranberry Concentrate to 7.5 Brix,
the juice will meet the following criteria:
